We just had a horrible experience with the manager at the Mt. Zion location.

We purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. We took it to a mechanic to see why it was leaking. He found multiple leaks in the engine. The cost to repair is in the thousands!

The manager Don was completely disrespectful.

To call someone out of their name is unacceptable and unprofessional. We will take further action immediately.

Returned the car and they are attempting to keep my money. They keep giving me the run around. Has been costing me money

He brought a car from morrow ga two weeks ago the engine light is on its Cadillac converter and he making payment but they sold him lemon car . I never heard you making payment on as it is car. I need speak to someone immediately

Do not I repeat Do not buy a vehicle from here. All their vehicles have major problems.

Pars and the bank they bank with are con artists. Please I repeat Please don't buy here.

DriveTime is a better option. I wish I knew that before buying this piece of crap they sold me.

I'm a tech who use to work for Duluth location I was trying to contact HR to file proper paperwork to dispute allegations I have visual evidence of wrongful termination and hr theft unauthorized driving of vehicles as personal cars and stealing of parts clocking teammates in that was not there for a week so I would love for you to contact me 678396**** Erik thirkield and if not BBB and dept of labor are next to be notify of violation

Pars cars is a ripp off I got a car Friday was told by manager the car would get a appointment to be fixed then that Monday transmission went out car been at they shop since been told every day tow truck taking to Norcross location but I haven't gotten another car or refund after all this I don't won't another car I want my money back I've missed work and all do

My complaint is about my engine light and traction light is on just purchased a car yesterday. Also, my sales rep Lamar charge me an extra hundred dollars stating that I should send it to his cash app for processing fee.

Pars cars is *** I put 5000$ down for a lemon YES A LEMON. The car stopped working a few after I left the lot.

I constantly called and all they told me was its nothing they can do about it.

They wont even honor the lemon law. I never asked for my money back I asked for help fixing it or if I could trade it in for something different THEY DONT GIVE A ***

You can get approved for a better loan with a better interest rate with bad credit. I went to the dealership on 10/11/19 I was informed that my credit was unstable and I needed to pay a 27% interest rate on a 2010 Hyundai. They wanted $9,999 for the car and $600 down. I went against my better judgement and did the process to get the car.

Sir and David help me. Everything was set and I was supposed to come back on 10/12/19 to pick the car up after getting insurance. When I arrived they were in a “meeting”. When the meeting was over Sir, me, David, and my son drove to the Morrow location to get the car.

The Morrow dealer said the car was already sold. Him and Sir had words. I test drove the car the manager told him the car was mine. We took the car back to the Riverdale location just for them to say they didn’t have a bill of sale for the car.

So Sir drove me back to the other location to look at another car that happened to be in the shop. GOD WAS TRYING TO STOP ME. The Manager called and said they found the bill of sale for the 2010 Hyundai so we went back to Riverdale SMFH. Sir got a ticket for running a stop sign on the way back.

I was so excited to just the *** out of there. They had been trying to get me to swipe my card since last night. I finally swiped, got insurance, and was ready to leave. David had brought the car back from detailing it (cars should be detailed before sold).

I got in the car to leave and it wouldn’t crank. The car wouldn’t move. Sir tried his best to fix it and couldn’t. David drove all the way back to Morrow to get a new key and that didn’t work.

The manager offered me $500 off of the car if I let them work on it at the shop and come back and get it. I SAID HECK NOOOOOO! I had just wasted two days and $900!!!! I got my money back and went to AutoNation.

They approved me for a 2018 Nissan Sentra with 30,000 miles on it. The car they were trying to sell me was a 2010 with 153,000 miles on it. GOD IS SOOOOO GOOD. The interest rate at Auto Nation was more than half the interest rate at Pars!!!!!

They are a ripoff and will make you think you can’t get approved for more money or better car notes. My car note is $300 for the 2018!!!! Pars tried to make me pay biweekly Payments with a high note. The sells people tried.

DAVID IS SOOO NICE HE DOESN’T BELONG THERE. PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR HERE. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Try Auto Nation even with bad credit they will actually help you and not take advantage of you.

They approved me without me having to go in person to do anything but sign and pick up my car! I left Pars at 5! Went there at 10am! Was approved by auto nation at 7!!!!!
