I have been to Pars cars on four separate occasions. My first time there I was there for eight hours and the second time I was there they said I have to give them the down payment before I could see what cars they had and before they could tell me the years or mileage on any of their cars.

The third I was there it took them three hours to find my application which they said it was in processing with it wasn't they just hadn't found it yet. Then I test drove about ten cars which none of them was worth buying. And then once I did sorta find something what was worth buying I have to give them 1500 dollars for them to tell me the price of the car. The tried to charge me 19,000 dollars for a 05 Camry, not including finance charge, tax tag or title.

At this point I had been at this car lot for about six hours. After I seen that price I was heated and got intro a slight argument with the finance manager. Then after I started yelling at him then he wanted to try to work with me. I got mad and left.

The next day the finance manger Mike called me at work and told me that he just got some new cars in and for me to come in and test drive the cars and he would work me a good price. I came in after work and he showed me a 07 caliber which have 65 thousand miles on it and the car drove worst then the previous ten cars I had drove in the beginning. Come to find out the car had been sitting in a storage lot had not been serviced since they got the car. The car had spider webs in the car that is how long it had been sitting.

I drove a 2 different 06 Pontiac grand prix, and G6, a Malibu and all of the cars drove horrible. I finally said ok with the G6 it drove bad and needed a oil change and brakes so if they was willing to fix the problems I would have bought the car. So my boyfriend and I went to talk to Mike to see about buying the car and he was trying to get over on us and wouldn't go down ten dollars on the car not on that old car.

Then the called is ignorant because we didn't want the price we wanted to give us. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEN THEY ARE CONARTIST.

I read the reviews before I went in yesterday but, decided to go see for myself. Well first off when you walk in music is blasting like your in the club.

They sell purses, perfume, watches etc. in the showroom arear. Before you are shown ANY cars they pull your credit and ask how much you have to put down. They promote $499 down but i had $1000 to put down.

I sat there for 3 hours before they let me see the cars. ( there were only 2 customers there). I also advised that i would pay up to $350 per month. I only wantned a small Honda.

The first car she took me to was a 2000 Buick. I laughed then she took me took a 2002 Toyota Camry. Yeah right! Thats a 11 year old car.

They literaly had about 50 cars on the entire lot. All of them were *** of ***. I couldnt believe they were allowed to sell those cars. It was a terribble experience.

Once i refused to look at the cars (which by they way they didnt tell me about any prices or milage)the manager came to me with a slight attitude and said "i thought you needed a car". I felt so insulted. It was like he was saying since you need this car you have to settle for this. For a 2006 rusted Honda they wanted $3000 down paying $425 a month WTH??

I decided to take my small deposit and go home. After 5 hours of being there. JUST STAY AWAY from this scarm arrest.

Im not sure how they sleep at night.

Every negative word about PARS AUTO SALES is true. y story is too long.

but here's a tidbit. How are you gonna amend my contract for me to pay once a month and them turn around and tell me my payments are behind cus you are not getting that extra bi-weekly pmt. And then threaten to repo my car. *** I tell you.

They get away with things like this in their middle eastern country. My lawyer is drafting a letter as we speak...

pars cars .com or better yet atlanta giant is a total and utterly rip off. There should be a law against them and their practics/service. Their buy here pay here bank loan company, united auto acceptance. UAC don't even have a telephone listed on there website nor an email address. I first purchased a Saturn Vue from pars cars in 2009. They tried to say I didn't qualify having no other repos and tried to sell me a chevy or ford. Management in the morrow office gave me *** and I spent 8 hours there. When it was all said and done, pars cars went from 500 down to 2200 down. The interest changed from 14% to 28%. They would not honor my coupon 500$ printed from atlanta giant site, you would think they knew of that. When I spoke to the manager they finally honored the coupon off but overcharged on the price of the saturn 02 car. It went from 12k to 15k (They also do whats called pick up payments, where you might pay every 2 weeks 250 until the total down payment is paid) When I was paying pick ups to get the total 2200 down for the saturn, they claim to have lost my payment and if I didn't show a receipt I was told the deal was off...I had to print out a copy of my receipt online from my bank)

After I kept the saturn for 3 years they called me to upgrade or trade. I shouldn't done it, but I had lost my job and needed extra time to pay the note. I went to another small office in riverdale from the southlake dealer. I wanted a smaller car and pars cars told me I didn't qualify. I need to get a comparable car for the trade. They told me a list of cars that I do qualify for without showing me the price. Pars Cars also took me to there larger dealer in morrow and showed me the cars on the list. All the cars was a suv and nothing small. I saw the GMC and without an inception sticker. The GMC was parked in the back of the lot and Pars Cars promised they would check on the inspection. Pars cars promised me that the car was serviced was I went back to the riverdale office to wait. I made them put gas in it 10.00 before I left. When I finally got the car 3 weeks later the car went out. I took it back to their repair man and they fixed it for free. 1 month later, the GMC went out again, this time it was the water pump. First the engine light came on, and the water pump bursed within 24 hrs before I could tow it back to them. When they serviced the car the first time, I complained about the GMC made noise, and shook at the brake.

I called the Gen. Mgt Mr. Muford around 11-30 /12-1st-2011 to take the car back and left a msg, He never called me back. I called UAC and left msg to make arrangements to keep the car, but it would not run properly. So after I had it towed back to them, I had not paid 1 dime on it. The mechanic, Adam told me the car had defective parts...the water pump and wheel drive. I later decided that I could not keep this car when I realized what they charged me for it 23k for 60 mths. The payments were higher on the trade by 50 $ and the term. Plus, pars cars left my outstanding my old car the saturn on my credit file owing that balance @3k and did not add it to the higher loan to complete the trade. So on my credit file it look like I have 2 cars, the saturn and gmc. Which I gave both back.

This is a written dispute and UAC is to cease all calls and communication and contact my lawyer, McAleer. mjm :zzz :sigh :sigh :sigh :sigh :zzz

I was considering buying a car from here because the owner is my neighbor and our kids go to school/play together!!! holy shi*** I won't be wasting my time or money - I had NO IDEA.

Don't think I'll be letting my kids play around their house anymore.

Glad I found out now. :upset

Just left Pars cars at MT Zion. Salesman told me they had the car and it would be under 10k.

I live one hour away when i arrived the salesman gave me to another one who was clueless. They didn't have the car and the store manager said i should have checked. Right that's why i call. He then said the car was 18k.

I left as quick as i could.

Do not buy from this dealership. Not honest people.

I purchased a 1998 Ford Expedition in May 2010, and I must say i have spent more money trying to keep the vehicle running than driving it, and I pay 400.00 dollar a month for it. That's a new car payment.

I am trying to give the vehicle back, but I dont want to ruin my credit. So I feel I like i am stuck with this ***. I owe too much to trade it with another dealership. Pars Cars is a rip off and they are using the Black salemen and women to do there dirty work.

I show have known what kind of dealership it was when you first walk in the door. Ghetto music and selling gold plated jewery.

I just left Phar Cars lot in Morrow. I had a 3:00 appointment but was not seen until after 4:00. Once I sat down with the sales man, he required a full application to be completed and copies of all my paper work before we could began to talk about any of the cars on the lot.

Once my paper work was completely filled out they had to run a credit check :cry(even though their advertisement say no credit check needed). They also advertise a 499.00 deposit will get you in a car...Not true you need a minimum of $1000.00 preferable $1500.00.

Bottom line they have false advertisement. Based on your credit score and the amount of down payment you have with you is what they use to determine which care THEY think you can afford and that range is the only cars they will show you.

So really they pick what cars they are willing sell you. and you choose one from

those selected few. Now at all what I expected needless to say I walk away with out a car. If I'm spending my hard earned money I get to chose what I want. And by the way there cars are already upcharged anywhere from 3 - 5,000 over their market value.

WOW!!!! I AM SO HAPPY THAT I CAME HERE TO GET AN REVIEW ON PARS CARS NOW I WILL NOT BE WAISTING MY TIME OR MONEY GOING TO THIS PLACE..

THIS SAD TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THEIR HARD EARN MONEY.

SAD SAD SAD. THE FUNNY PART IS I WAS SO EXCITED AFTER CHECKING PRICES ONLINE AND AFTER TALKING TO SOMEONE BUT MY COUSIN TOLD ME TO GO ONLINE AND CHECK FOR REVIEWS BOY AM I LUCKY NOT TO FALL FOR THIS *** :p :(

Guest

Yes please listen to me when I tell you it's a rippoff. I drove two hours to get a car from them.

the car was a 2002 Honda accord. When I got home the car acted like it didn't want to go so I got it checked out. They told me to get a tune up and oil change. Then I found out it was the transmission.

They're trying to garnish my check now but who wants to pay for something that you have to keep fixing on?

They can kiss my ***. THEY ARE REAL BIG CROOKS.

Guest

no good cars. all rust, water damage, too many problems.

not good buy. interest rates too high, bad customer service.

like to take money and leave you hanging wondering where you got screwed. and you were screwed the moment you stepped on the lot.

Guest

YOU ARE ALL CORRECT! I WORKED THERE AND WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO MAKE THE CUSTOMERS WAIT FOR HOURS AT A TIME, IN REALITY, THEY KNEW THE MOMENT THEY GOT YOUR APP WHETHER THEY WERE GOING TO SELL TO YOU OR NOT.

BASICALLY, IF YOU HAD $1500 , YOU COULD DRIVE...BUT THE CARS WERE ALL STILL J.U.N.K. I LEFT..COULDN'T HAVE THAT ON MY CONSCIENCE..
